DIANTHUS RESIDENCE

Dianthus Residence is a building of modern specifications and aesthetics, located in a quiet area of the Northern Suburbs, on the borders of Patima Chalandriou and Gargittos II. Its location is privileged, as it is close to Doukissis Plakentias metro station and Attiki Highway. The building is accessed directly from Garifallon Street. This new building consists of 4 residences of 2 levels each, all ranging from 85 to 87 m². 2 residences are placed on the ground floor and 2 residences on the first floor. In the basement, there are private storage areas and parking spaces for each residence.

Emphasis was placed on the design of a residential building that will enhance the privacy, as well as the thoroughness of the residences. The main objective of the study was the direct connection of the residences with the surrounding area, as well as the direct visual contact with Mount Penteli from all levels.
